Supporting mental and physical well-being as essentials for strong communities.

September – Mental Health & Wellness

September marks Suicide Prevention Awareness Month and is an opportunity to confront the mental health crisis facing people of all ages. Nearly 1 in 5 U.S. adults—or about 50 million people—experience mental illness each year, and over 60% do not receive treatment due to stigma, cost, or lack of access. Suicide is the second leading cause of death among those aged 10–34. By offering counseling access, awareness campaigns, and community support, we strive to break the stigma and connect people with the help and healing they deserve.

October – Preventive Healthcare & Disease Awareness

October focuses on physical wellness and preventive care, particularly as communities prepare for seasonal illness and flu outbreaks. Over 6 in 10 U.S. adults live with at least one chronic illness such as heart disease, cancer, or diabetes—leading causes of death and costing the nation $4.1 trillion annually. Low-income and uninsured individuals often go without screenings, medications, or consistent care. Through health education, mobile clinics, and fitness programs, we work to empower healthier lifestyles and improve access to lifesaving services.
