February – Senior Care & Inclusion

In February, as we celebrate love and connection, we turn our attention to the 56 million seniors in the U.S., many of whom face social isolation, chronic illness, and limited mobility. Over 25% of Americans over 65 live alone, and loneliness among seniors has been linked to a 29% increased risk of heart disease and 32% higher risk of stroke. As healthcare costs and living expenses climb, fixed incomes often leave elders without adequate support. Our programs provide companionship, mobility assistance, and essential care to ensure every older adult can age with dignity, independence, and a sense of belonging.

    March – Domestic Violence Prevention

March brings renewed focus to the hidden epidemic of domestic violence, which affects 1 in 4 women and 1 in 9 men in the U.S. annually. Domestic abuse not only results in physical harm but also long-term psychological trauma, economic hardship, and generational cycles of violence. Each year, over 10 million people experience intimate partner violence, costing the U.S. economy more than $8.3 billion in lost productivity and medical expenses. Through crisis response, safe housing, legal advocacy, and trauma-informed care, we empower survivors to reclaim safety and rebuild their lives with strength and support.

    April – Women's Empowerment & Equity

In April, during a season of renewal, we uplift women and their fight for equity, safety, and opportunity. Despite progress, women in the U.S. still earn about 82 cents for every dollar earned by men, with even greater disparities for women of color. Globally, 1 in 3 women experience gender-based violence, and many still lack access to reproductive healthcare, leadership opportunities, or safe work environments. Our focus is on elevating women through education, entrepreneurship, advocacy, and health services—because when women thrive, communities grow stronger, healthier, and more just.
